Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Applicant must be a holder of OND/HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Logistics or any other related course with not less than 3-5 years experience as a practicing store keeper in a reputable organization.
*Applicant will exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department.
*Applicants to take proper inventory of all the equipment and materials that are in the store.
*Applicant is to ensure safe keeping of all quantity and quality materials.
*Applicant will be issuing materials only in required quantities for specific jobs after obtaining due authorization.
*Applicant will initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stocks of all regular stores whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.

Job Title: Civil Engineer/Architect

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc in Building or Civil Engineering or Architecture with years' of experience.
*Applicant must have excellent supervisory skills and be able to manage a team of 10-15 personnel.
*Applicant must have deep knowledge of materials specification, detailing, contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering and supervision to completion.
*Applicant must have wide experience on site works and finishing.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements
*Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc in Business field such as Economics, Logistics or any other related course, and some years of experience as a practicing procurement officer in a reputable organization.
*Applicant is expected to have a supply-chain work related skills, production and processing as well as customer and personnel skills.
*Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel Sheet.
*Applicant must be experienced for timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in maintenance of a high rise building facility.

Job Title: Financial Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc plus CAN or ACA
*Proficiency in the use of Quick Boos and other Accounting packages is highly essential.
*High knowledge in preparation of financial reports and budget planning is required.

Job Title: Aluminum Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
*Applicant must possess a minimum of trade test certificate or its equivalent with not less than 3 years experience.
*The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminum works, iron mongery works, furniture works and Janitorial services.

Job Title: Plumber Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Applicant must possess a minimum of trade test certificate or its equivalent with not less than 3 years experience.
*The Applicant is expected to be familiar with plumbing works and water treatment.
*Applicant must be competent in welding/ PPR and iron piping networks.

Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Candidate must possess a minimum of trade test certificate/ or its equivalent with a minimum of 10 years experience.
*Candidate must able to analyse the parameters of machines; know its capacity; make necessary corrective and preventive maintenance; and ensure optimum maintenance.
*Candidate must have competence in high powered refrigeration units and chillers (air/water).
*Candidate must be knowledgeable and competent in chilled water production, control, monitoring and regulation.

Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

*Candidate is expected to be familiar with the maintenance and repair of HVAC system: Fancoil unit and air handling unit, pumps regularization.
*Applicant must have a proven track record on the job.
*Minimum of trade test certificate/or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience.
