Please advice! I have been having headache atleast 3 times a week since when i was around 10 years old. I have tried several drugs, i have consulted several doctors, i have tried so many means 2 find a permanent cure for this headache but i just couldn't get a solution, even the doctors just keep trying their best, but couldn't get a permanent solution. Please advice! I beg of u.

Whats the nature of the headache, is it worse on waking up in the mornings?

Any vomiting?

Any weakness of any part of the body or blurring of vision??

Lastly, hope you've checked your BP several times and confirmed its not high.

You need to do a brain CT scan, to rule out a surgical cause of your chronic headaches.
Its like a picture of the brain to look for growths and other things.

If that is done and shows normal brain structure with no abnormal growths, then its probably something medical.......like one of the chronic headache syndromes, that can be sorted out with just drugs......in that case, you'll see a neurologist to decide what its likely to be, and what drugs will work best for it.

Control Stress.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Eliminate chocolate, pork sausage, white bread flour, refined white sugar, aged cheese, red wine, acidic fruits, canned fruits, sodas and coffee. stop those drugs because drugs have side effects. use natural supplements instead like..
Berry Nectar. 120 - 180ml daily, 60ml with each meal. Reduces pain and eases inflammation.
Royal Jelly Tablets. 2 tablets daily, 1 20 minutes before a meal. Contains B-Complex. Helps to prevent stress and nervousness.
Aloe Vera Heat Lotion. Rub in on sore areas. especially at temples. Anti-inflammatory, pain-inhibitor.

Yes, high BP could be a cause of chronic headaches.
It could be one of its warning signs before it becomes catastrophic.
