Justice Ogunsaya of Lagos state high court sitting in Ikeja yesterday sentenced a 33-year old Taoreed Oseni to 12 years imprisonment for raping an 18 year old hawker at a public toilet. According to the Judge,the sentence which is without an option of fine,will take effect from August 2,2012 when the convict was arrested and detained by the police. The convict lured the victim to the back of the public toilet by telling her that her friend wanted to see her.
