The planned investigation of ex army chief by Buhari over his certificate saga is a ploy to cover-up the real issue. If truly Buhari has the certificate and is missing truly, the law permits him to go for a certified True Copy ( CTC) .Therefore this new TACTICS of cover-up is an old style and won't work. The truth is that Buhari has in his records with the military a letter written by his then school principal requesting that Buhari be allowed to do the military interview at point of entry claiming that he, Buhari is sure to pass WAEC. However BUHARI joined the army but failed to sit for the WAEC thereafter because of undue favouritism and nepotism that he enjoyed to reach the top of his profession. Now the need to produce the certificate is making him jittery and looking for scape goat after producing a caricature fraudulently manipulated paper from Cambridge. Buhari has no WAEC,is the real point. If he has let him with his purported integrity swear to Allah who created him.
