The concerned Intel is wrong. Boko Haram are no more in the business of capturing and occupying territories. They have switched back to their early strategy of hit and run attacks. The ISIS inspired move was in fact a big gaffe by the sect ,though it achieved the objective set on by the high command of the sect.
