President Muhammadu Buhari has given about N200 million ($1 million) for Ebola recuperation and reproduction in Africa.
The president made the declaration at the International Conference on Africa's Fight Against Ebola, in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
He was spoken to by the Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Health, Linus Awute.
Buhari, while reviewing Nigeria's exertion in fighting the Ebola infection in 2014, however noticed that "Nigeria is not commending the end of Ebola in Nigeria until this ailment is completely disposed of from the West African area.
