DI MARIA WILL NOT BE MISSED!

Di Maria may end up a PSG player at the end of the month, but Ashley Young is giving Van Gaal a very good reason to sell him. He was all over the place with much energy, skill, defensive contribution and belief. We will pick him over Di Maria from this and previous performances so far.

MEMPHIS HAS A GOOD CHEMISTRY WITH ROONEY

Fast, aggressive and skillful. He probably needs to add a little factor in his game to be world class. He àlso need to know when to assist and when and where to go for goal. He is young and learning. But the good news is, he is forming a formidable partnership with Rooney. United may not need a striker after all

MATA WILL GIVE VAN GAAL A GOOD SELECTION HEADACHE

Mata is soo good it took him half an hour to open his account and that of United at the edge of the box. Van Gaal will have a big headache trying to keep all these good players happy.

FELLAINI MAYBE THE FIRST PLAYER TO EXIT

Van Gaal did not play Fellaini in two of his preseason games so far. He even said it’s due to the suspension Fellaini have, which will see him miss 3 EPL games. Van Gaal said he is playing preseason with the players he wants to start the EPL with. These may lead to Fellaini exit if other players clicks.

UNITED NEED A DEFENDER ASAP

United need to sort out Ramos debacle or better still go all out for Otamendi. Stone is good but United doesn’t have the potential to make Stone great because he won’t have anyone to look up to if he signs. Unlike at Chelsea where Terry and Cahill are better than him.

We know Preseason games are not very important. But they create an impression. United are creating impressive impression so far.

Is it what we will see in the EPL? Time will tell.
