Admin Officer

Qualifications & Experience

• He/ She must be between the ages of 25 – 30
• The candidate must be based in Lagos
• University degree in Business Administration or any good course
• 3 years post NYSC experience in Administration

The candidate must possess:
• A good knowledge of sound English
• A good level of computer skills
• Ability to work with little or no experience
• He/ She must be a team player

Other duties the Admin Officer should include:
• Ensuring the smooth running of day – to – day activities in the office
• Managing and Handling of files
• Daily report writing to the management.
• Handling enquiries from the public in person, by telephone or email
• Providing information to deal with customer queries
• Contacting customers to follow up enquiries
• Dealing with complaints.
• Updating computerized and Paper-based records.
• Typing, Designing of necessary Materials.
• Filing, Photocopying and other Administrative tasks.
• He would refer any complex queries or cases, which required discretion or judgment, to the management
