Hon.Chief Lovette Idisi, member house of reprentatives Ethiope Federal constituency paid an unscheduled visit and provided succour to patients at the Delta State University Teaching Hospital, Oghara in company of Hon Solomon Golley the executive chairman of Ethiope East LGA of Delta State. One of the beneficiaries, Mr Salesman Oyibo, an amputee from Kokori in Ethiope East LGA got his outstanding medical bills settled in full, a new set of clutches provided for him and some cash for his upkeep, with a promise to empower him with the wherewithal to put his skills to meaningful and gainful venture having gone through the necessary rehabilitation as well as providing him with an artificial limb to enable him walk again asap.

Report reaching has it that the amputee was discharged since February this year but his inability to settle the medical bills kept him in the hospital since then.The lawmaker's attention was also drawn to a young lady, Onome Akporode, in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital, who according a doctor on duty, was hit by a bullion van in Warri, and made a cash donation of #50,000 to her, promising to liaise with the member representing Udu Federal Constituency to ensure that the concerned bank take full responsibility for her care. Hon.Idisi also went round the various wards in the hospital where he gave food items to other patients on admission. In an interview, Chief Idisi said he decided to embark on the initial visits to his constituents in line with his primary responsibility to the people of Ethiope Federal Constituency and in keeping with his campaign promises to bringing succour them. All the patients and their relations expressed gratitude to the law maker for his gesture and prayed to God to continue to bless him, as well as give him the focus to remain a true representative of his constituents.http://www.maxgist.com/2015/07/photos-from-hon-idisis-visit-to.html
