It's a Volksroyce. The famous American pianist, Liberace had one. There was a company in the US that used to make them until Rolls Royce sued them. It was quite common in Nigeria in the 1970s and '80s and some of the cars were actually remodelled in Nigeria.

Nigeria movie makers are so careless in making movies, the electric pole at the background shouldn't be there at all, not even on the picture, they should give eye to detail.
