Nigeria upper chambers on 28 July resume after almost five week recession occasioned by the crises as a result of appointment of principal officers in the Senate. Upon it resumption, eighty one senators in the Red chamber have passed vote of confidence of Bukola Saraki and Ike Ekweremdu as president and deputy senate president respectively.
