@eghosa Jonny, thanks for the reply. I will surely call u. I don't really know where amufi is but am getting the buzz that down airport road after ogba or amagba is kind of Ok. What's your take? Is that based on popular opinion? And is your suggestion new area?

there are lots of affordable lands it depends on what you mean by affordable eg there are communities you can get lands for 300k

Land is no longer cheap in amagba yu wont get for 1m if yu do it may be scam it falls to your budget though
