Android users, you can use ur fone. when you open the site goto settings and click "Request for desktop site".
you will be able to view ur profile and download the CUL if it is in PDF format.

Actually they are not "uploading" the CUL. There are only reprogramming their site and web-apps to make the letters (originally saved in their server(s) privately) to be available to viewing.

Let's hope it get's done sooner than later!

i couldn't access the website using the chrome browser on my phone i had always gotten error page since February until i use firefox browser on my laptop. and am viewing my profile right now, but still yet to see any CUL, i think we will receive sms and email alert when they are ready, so lemme focus on other things.... this is so nerve wrecking
