did you pay the 3k. If not go to your school your call up letter is there. If you did get the phone number of the nysc secretariat in your state(school) they will tell you what to do

It's obvious you are in stream II.

You should receive the SMS eventually. Or you might not get it. Don't bother. NYSC can't send the message to every individual involved
