Still, there is no cause for alarm because what actually transpired now was experienced by my coursemate when the news of 'No admission given yet' went viral, so, when I checked for him, it was the same story as yours above even when we were preparing for our final exam then.

So we advice him to visit Lafia Jamb office for the 'Regularisation' of his number and that of one of his tribal Man as we were ignorant of the entire situation,

Though he admitted the fact that he actually secured admission into the COLLEGE OF EDUCATION reflecting on his status, but didn't even went for registration because he was waiting on the university admission list.

Meaning that the COE was the first to send his admission status to Jamb, hence it was keyed in which is what is still reflecting uptill now. I think I have shared this story before.
So, definitely the same thing is the case with you now. And it is a very easy thing to do because COEs usually release admission list b4 most University does as the amalgamation of UNI, POLY & COE jamb exam into UTME began in 2010

To cut the story short or bring it to an end, they both visited Lafia Jamb office and was told to go and relax as it is not a problem because the Jamb Numbers showing COE instead of Unis and those showing 'No admission is given yet' are valid numbers rather than the ones showing 'No Record found' which are not valid and thus require regularization.
