Hello, pls I need suggestions. I noticed my dog wouldn't eat or drink which is so unusual. Later discovered someone had used some pesticide in garden a day before. My dog is always locked up in afternoon and released at night.

So on this particular day he was in kernnel and inhaled the pesticide for so long. I feel so sad, don't know what to do.

Engage the services of a vet ASAP. Explain everything to him/her. FYI, I am about to use herbicides in my yard due to the ever increasing fee of the gardener, but I really fear for my dogs. Did you know that dogs do eat a little bit of grass? An appetizer?

Ordinarily, I would simply put some of the dog's usual antibiotics in it's 'favourite' drink... most likely water or milk. If it can eat a bit, I would put some of the dog's vitamins in its food. Unfortunately, since the dog "...wouldn't eat or drink", it is difficult to say. It's rather late tonight to get a vet, so simply keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best, but remember to quickly get a vet to take charge ASAP tomorrow morning. Please remember that I AM NOT A VET but just a dog lover/owner, this is only my opinion. Best wishes.

How's tthe dog now?

I gave palm oil yesterday night, which I think induced my dog to vomit. He still looks dull. Vet says he will get better.

I've been waiting to hear from you. Is he eating n taking water now?

He has started taking water but eating only little quality of food. I hope he gets better. Hate to see him in such condition.

Of course he will. Give him only water for the next 24hrs or so, no food.

That's good add glucose to the water to boost his energy and you can give him milk to see if he will take it.
