After Giuliana Rancic broke the news that she would be stepping down from her E! News co-host position, reports spread that she would be replaced by her rival, Maria Menounos.
On Thursday, the network officially announced that Maria, 37, would fill the 40-year-old's shoes.

Giuliana revealed earlier in July that she would be stepping down from her post on August 10 to focus on her blossoming side ventures. She will still remain a co-host of Fashion Police and Live from the Red Carpet. Rad more at

I will miss Giuliana, she's very original, very unlike the fake Maria, Maria is more beautiful but I never enjoy E! News when she's presenting.
