Our client, a construction firm requires the service of a dynamic and result-oriented professional to fill this position

Responsibilities:

Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs
Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc
Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
Resolving design and development problems
Managing budgets and project resources
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.


Qualifications and Requirements:

> B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Civil engineering
> Cognate experience of 5 years in a construction outfit
> Must have good interpersonal skills and influence with the ability to coordinate various activities at a time with minimum or no supervision
> Must be energetic and willing to work at any location of our project sites or office
> Must be computer literate with the ability to use basic computer software
> Possession of higher degree in management field shall be an added advantage


Salary: Attractive but negotiable.
