catfish and I use commercial feed and even gills recently. .....

for the smoked fish
so far I've been getting good market...transport is usually the issue and meeting different demands..some want very dry while some want not too dry while for the fresh I need more hotels or restaurants and parties to be able 2 make a break

and u can also store in freezer wch does not affect the fish in any way....it stores longer that way
