I need help, this is the third time it's happening to me, and in each instances, I normally loose my Facebook account.

Just yesterday, my Facebook account was hacked and I can't log in again. I didn't open a unsecured link or gave away my password or email. I just received a message that my session has expired and as such I should re log in again. I initially refused, and opted to off and re start the phone. But still yet, the message still continue to appear. Now Facebook is telling me that my account has been temporarily blocked and I need to identify some friends.

Pls can anyone direct me on how to retrieve it and what other measures should I take to prevent future occurrences.
