I am sure that the president is making wide consultations as he attempts to select people of impeccable integrity as his ministers.

President Buhari has refused to sign the budget citing the need to scrutinise what the National Assembly has passed to make sure it is as he presented it.

It is all a game of deception.

They thought Christ would come in September 2015 so they asked their man not to appoint ministers, for 6 months, Nigeria was under sole proprietorship.

To sign budget has become a problem, we know how it is being done in this country, there are no saints among the people ruling us, so if you like scrutinise the budget till eternity, people will still chop from it. What is happening now is just a time buying gimmick.
