In Kenya, disturbing photos of military men subjecting civilians to all manners of punishments and discomfort for undisclosed reasons have surfaced on the social media. those are kenyan paramilitary police called GSU, not soldiers, kenyan army cant get involved with civilians, it unconstitutional unless parliament approve or during disasters and terrorist attacks .
