This picture is said to be from the demolition of buildings built on government lands illegally within school premises. Gov. El-Rufai is making good his threat to demolish such structures. While I support government's quest to retrieve it land from wrongful encroachment, I seriously think three weeks notice is insufficient. It is wrong to have encroached on government's land illegally; the racketeers should also be sought and made to face the consequences of the actions. But the owners of these houses need to be given enough time to make alternate arrangements, and if possible, government should resettle them

Most of the victims might not have known that the land belonged to the Government before buying. That is why it is always good to involve Legal practitioners in your real estate transactions. Sorry. |

Where are those that insulted me (called me a tanoid) when I warned them about being too happy about the emergence of El-rufa'I? Anyway, at least Kaduna will look better and he is still better than the ghost worker(mukhtar ramalan yero). This same man (elrufai) promised not to demolish any house . |
