Doctors in the house please my friend needs your help and advice..
Just yesterday he called me with a sad tune,a weeping voice and he seemed so scared that he notice some strange movement underneath...Inside his scrotum sac that he think there is another ball but not has hard as the testis and he noticed that there is a movement in it....He said he noticed yesterday and he phoned to know if I have the same experience in which I told him otherwise.
Please Doctors in the house is this normal or he is sick.....
Your advice needed please.

Thanks to you guys
I went further to help the guy so I visited some foreign site and I saw some post from some people who have the same condition and some online doctors said it is normal that it occurs when there is cold or hot sensation,so the testis seems to move about because of this.
But prior to this he still gonna see a urologist

it's called 'epididymal cyst of the scrotum, though it's not harmful, I had the same and went for a surgery last May...tell him no need to fear.
