Born today August 6th in 1983 was the Fenerbahce striker " Robin Van Persie" in Rotterdam. Van Persie is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a striker for Turkish club Fenerbahce and is the captain of the Netherlands national team. His parents encouraged him to become an artist, but he went for football instead.Hence, he joined the youth section of Excelsior.
