After having my rackspace monthly service payment declined several times. I decided to call GTBank and was informed that (about an hour ago) they received a directive from CBN that card services has been reduced from 3 million naira daily to $300.. I wonder who made this rule never thought of the thousands who use online services (lots of businesses) which require monthly payment sometimes as high as $1000.. this is just sad.
