This is a general appeal to all people that have been criticizing efcc and Ribadu ,that they should give the guy a chance to do his job.No one has ever taken this type of monumental job before, so let him do his job.To those who have solid proves of corruptions against any public officers expose it out.Don't just make baseless accusations that this person or that person is corrupt and Ribadu is not investigating.I think the whole Nigerians should support and encourage the good work he is doing. With our supports and encouragements,i think efcc and Ribadu will achieve tremendous success against corruptions.

In a democratic society, everyone has the right to express his/her opinions, and more blessings to those who criticizes the efcc constructively.Let's all pray the time will come when corrupt politicians will think more of the society they represent rather than their own selfish interests.

You will never get the people who benefit from crime the EFCC is trying to stop to give him a chance. This is their livelyhood and these thieves would stop at nothing to continue stealing.

May the EFCC continue to ruin the lives of the criminals in Nigeria.

Advise for RABIDU from KASSIM AFEGBUA (DAILY Sun 09/29/06)

I want to advise Ribadu. He should know that government comes and goes, but institutions remain. Yesteryear, there was an Al-Mustapha, who was equivalent of a president, but today, the young man is cooling off in prison, by no ordinary design of his own. That is the tragetry of power. If Ribadu is happy with his job, if he is overzealous with his job, he should also apply caution.

"Ribadu is happy with his job, if he is overzealous with his job, he should also apply caution"

It's attitude like that is the bane of our problems. He should apply caution for what? So all leaders in power should 'settle' every dubious opposition or turn a blind eye to curruption and evil so they do not end up in the gallows. Nonsense.

That Ribadu is doing what he is doing in spite of this prevalent Nigerian mindset is the more reason he should be commended. May Allah replenish his quiver with more arrows.
