Masturbation is a terrible addiction. It is the act of one giving himself/herself sexual satisfaction, which is outside God’s pattern of sexual satisfaction. God actually designed all humans to enjoy all part of their body and give glory to him, but the misconception could lead one to something so dangerous. Do not allow health practitioners deceive you, by telling you it is healthy to masturbate once in a while.
Please quit from that dirty addiction call Masturbation. I’m boldly saying all these because I was once a victim of this disease. I thank God he rescued me, you too can be saved.

Follow these steps:
· Stay away from pornography. Anything nude, just stay away from it totally.
· Quit those useless relationships that enhances the dirty habit
· Pray fervently, if possible fast well towards it
· Don’t be tempted to do it just once, try to resist it just once
· Explain your problem to any respected personal around so as to help you out
· Avoid being lonely, until you are grounded well.
· Establish a close relationship with Jesus. Masturbation is a spirit, it takes greater spirit to drive away small spirit.
