Don't dare ask the conductor for your change. Conductors seem nicer when they are begging you to enter their bus (especially if you have lots of choices...they aren't so nice if they are the only bus there going to your destination). After you enter the bus, give them N500, you immediately start hearing "No change oooo". . So they are trying to tell me that since morning of shouting "no changeoooo", they have not managed to gather some sort of change by 2pm in the afternoon

After the familiar "no change" chant, you will only get your change by constantly reminding the conductor of "conductor my change oooo" every 5mins. Reporting the conductor to the driver will not help your cause.

If no change is forth coming for over half the journey, you then know that your change will only come when you alight from the bus and the conductor dumps a note in the hands of another passenger and leave you two to go find your 'change fate'. At that moment, they are no longer bothered and can drag you along with their bus if you decide to hand on to him or the bus until you are reimbursed.

No. 1 is crap. You can woo a lady in the bus: it all depends on your approach. Girls have been wooed successfully in trips as short as from Abule-Egba to Kola bus-stop so what do you mean.

I'll add "don't forget to collect your change from the driver or conductor".

Number one just happened to me. I wanted to talk to the girl but I was using style to wait till we got to the bus stop. Once she alighted if you see how she took off!
