I am a bit confused. I have noticed of recent that any time I use my ATM card to make withdrawals, I always recieve two alerts on my phone. One for the amount that I actually withdrew, another is #65 Fee MNEMONIC. My question is this, has banks re-introduced charges for ATM cards withdrawals? Note: I have account domiciled with ACCESS BANK, and I often withdraw from other banks' ATM machines. |

iliyande:I'm most definitely going to lay my complaints to them. First will be orally, then in writing. If it continues, I will be forwarding a complaint to CBN and maybe the media houses. #65, may seem like a chicken fee, but when you put it together with thousands of customers being charged the same amount, then you will understand the rip off going on. |
