I got to hear about the Aswani Market advert for Lockup shops.

I like the concept and I am talking to some finance institutions already for Mortgage to allow me purchase.

I have never done anything in the Lockup shop market, but this looks like a viable business to me.

I need advise on the intricacies of this kind of business and I need to hear thoughts of people with experience.

For instance, if I purchase land, I would have to develop, manage omo-onile, etc etc.

But with, this, I can earn from the traders who rent, while I pay back monthly.
In a mid/long term, I can sell the shop(s) for profit and be able to construct a house in any area of choice, and also by then I would have more funds at my disposal . . .
