Hello Nairalanders. I have a small landed property (about 100m by 100m) in Asaba, and would like to set up a small hotel building of about 25 – 30 rooms – on a tight and prudent budget anyway. I therefore need the following services:

1. An architect to handle the designs and probably approval of the design.
2. A quantity surveyor to handle the costing and estimate.
3. A builder.

Please if you are available to provide any of the above services, kindly send me a text with your e-mail address on this no 08182206105.

My preference on the Builder will be someone that stays in Asaba or environ - that can manage area/community boys’ wahalla.

we can handle all since we are multidisciplinary but we are in Lagos, hence approval and supervision may be too expensive if we are to handle that. I can advise that you hand over the approval to officials in charge at Asaba to reduce cost. Check our signature to perus our profile.
