Please develop yourself. Learn how to play with both feet. Learn how to read the game and position yourself in football. Stock and bulk up to have enough stamina and body weight (Not fat please). Learn to score free-kicks and penalties even if you are a defender. Learn to have end results no matter how skillful you are. End results are far more important than skills. Don’t be far from the industry. Be as close as possible. Attend live matches and try to get as close to the officials as possible. Volunteer in some footy events and try to get close to players, former internationals, agents, scouts, football journalists even match officials. Be humble when you go close to them because some of them may put a show of ego. Stay humble and respectful but know what you want when or if you are asked.

NOTE: You are needed if you are good enough. These guys knows and recognize a talent or material when they spot one. Move from family and community praises to where you will be criticized to improve.
