Corrupt practices in virtually all sectors in Nigeria's economy has crippled the potentials of a non-existent structure... The implementation of the SAP blue print to the Nigerian system by the IBB adminstration is where Nigeria committed it's biggest howler.. The military changed the face of the nation by the offhanded approach they engaged with in the way they ran the affairs of the state...
