Only a man who doesn't have a property can easily destroy another man's own. Like bike men burning a car or tenants burning a house.

Reminds me of a time when restive youths in blood lust set fire to the a house belonging to the culprits father. Sadly they missed the house and burnt the next one. Of course pop picked them up and thief families had to PAY to rebuild the house. The interesting thing is the other house wasn't burnt down again.
