I have this friend who is currently working with a renowned firm with an average salary here in Malaysia...He has been complaining to me about how unhappy he feels with the job due to the emotional and psychological maltreatment he gets on daily basis working with the firm.

Series of lies has been fabricated against him by his colleagues who they live together but with different ethnic background..The company has never bothered to asked from him to confirm the reality of these lies rather than believing the source because it is originating from the ethnic that forms 98% of the people managing the firm with the Stigma of naijas are bad people..

So far they lied of several things like having illicit affairs after work,viewing porn site, keeping late night, involving in fraudulent activities and cooking and smelling food and lot more..

more so series of tracking devices and steady monitoring has been place on my friend calls both international and local right from the day one till date. And his phone has serially be hacked to checkmate his activities but the truth is that my friend is never involved or guilty of any of this accusations..He frankly told me that he purposely sometimes keep late night at time due to the fact that he is never happy with his untrustworthy room mate who is the originator of the lies and that he sometimes ago told him that he has girls as as friends which he normally calls occasionally which the guy converted to it illicit affairs..

This has also affected his relationship with people because of series of complaints from him in quest of finding solution to the trash..

He has made up mind to quit the job in order not to mortgage his happiness for anything but many people has advice him to face the challenges cos getting a legitimate job in Malaysia is very difficult and might result to his deportation since he is under company sponsored visa

This guy has tried to complains to series of friend to assist on how to deal with this challenging work environment and new episode of various kind keep sprutting up daily from same person which the management believe so much but the truth is my friend is innocent in all...his movement is been monitored and questioned as if he is a prisoner...

I discovered the lies were just been purported out of jealousy and envy because my friend studied here in Malaysia with meaningful certificate in his dept of work and the originator of these lies want to gain popularity and promotion to truncate him which is already evident so far..

Nobody seems to understand what he passes through in the challenging work environment..the little friends he meet outside work finds it difficult to believe because his explanation seems not practical but it's real. They have even attributed his complain to his attitude or spirituality..

They use all manner of persons to interrogate him gearing at extracting information from him at work...the connived immediately with any body he tries to be friend with in order to obtain information from him...right now he doesn't even know who to trust because his fellow black has been used also to posed or mimic friendship with him solely to extract info for the management which might be painted sweet against him and this has seriously affected him as he has trust issues ..

When he tries to relate with his colleague his ordeal, they go behind him to laugh and secretly call him toxic which I advice him to stop blatantly and he has adhere to it..

Lately he had the mind to discuss with one of the top staff who in their conversation agreed that he knows what was on ground proving his assumptions to be very true. .Now they have directly informed all the staff to mind their dealing with him..could this be racism in disguised or spiritual manipulation..Can he continue to bear this emotional torment at work just for daily bread sake cos I am tired of advising him hence I decided to bring the issue up for wise contribution from my fellow nairalanders...

Another thing is there any law that prohibits right to privacy of an employee...?? Do they have right to tarnish his image before every other employee, Does the company has right to monitor and track the communication of an employee?? This is where I myself sometimes is not clear... and this has persisted for almost getting to two years now...advice him plsss

Let me keep my advice simple and straight...he should never talk lies in all his ways...he should make sure his always present and puctual at work....best of all,he should ensure that his more closer to God....trust me that dude is on a larder to greatest success.No pain...No gain.
