Morning all, got some few naira, thought it will be nice to do something risky with it (am not a fan of Nigeria bank's inflated ridiculous interest rate) so therefore am hoping to loan out some money below a million for an equivalent Collateral. Because of my capital Base, it's limited to lagos for now but in special cases limitation will be wave.

1. 'Soft Loan' here means 30k-200k per individual.
2. You will be required to sign a legal document for a binding contract
3. And a 5% administrative charge

How do u attend to People from Rivers State?

Interested, need 200k.but am not in lagos.

5% admin charge does that mean 5% of the amount loaned out?

I wont be able to receive calls because am usually occupied. Secondly the 5% will be limited to a[b] max of 5,000[/b] at most, this is just to take care of the legal paper or whatever the lawyers do to have a legal backing.
