Kukah is 100% right. "Probe is not a substitute to governance". There should be probe but let the probe institutions do their works and we have more than enough of these anti-corruption bodies. Buhari should concentrate more on delivering his campaign promises. But alas, he has made probe his only agenda and he has also set up a committee on corruption probe. Committee approach to national issues is always synonymous with military mentality. How on earth can the police, EFCC, ICPC, etc work unhindered without these committees breathing down their necks.

We need to change the template and allow institutions to be strengthened.
