1. Exchange rate: With the drop in Naira’s value over the years, Nigerians in Diaspora, especially those who are students have not been having a good time. If an amount of money is sent to a student from Nigeria, before that individual gets his money, almost half will be gone due to the phases the money would have passed through. For example, a student using Naira MasterCard will not be charged with the official Naira vs Dollar exchange rate, but instead, that student will be charged according to his/her bank exchange rate.

2. Food: There is a saying that, no place like home. This applies to Nigerians, although Nigerians’ foods are now sold in Abroad, but still, some of the foods found in Nigeria are not sold in Abroad. We always need a food that tends to keep our throats open and smooth.

3. Language barrier: English speaking countries are not included in this point. Have you ever been to a country where the only words they understand in English Language are “come” and “go”? If you had, you would understand how it feels like.

But we experience these things here in nigeria apart from money exchange.
We experience language barrier in nigeria.there are places in nigeria you can't speak english or pigin except you speak their language.even in schools place of work they hardly speak english.
Food, you can't go to the down north, middle belt to it akpu or starch and banga soup.
So I don't see that as problem.
