Am writing this with a heavy heart!..Feeling most concerned!

In Genesis 8:14, God commanded "Be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth".
....
You can see from here that God's original plan for every woman was to take in legally and deliver safely and in peace like the women of Hebrews. It was not the mind of God that any woman be found dead in the course of putting to birth.

It grieve my heart anytime I see a woman go on this journey and never come back. This is what I don't wish even my enemy, talk less of my mother, my wife nor my sisters!.. NO!.. IT CAN'T AND WILL NEVER HAPPEN!..
This lecture however is for everyone! Male and female, married and unmarried, you are not exempted!

Here, we shall however try to illuminate those HIDDEN facts associated with this abnormal occurrence on our innocent women!

Therefore, Put on your seat belt, let's take the ride together..

As a woman confirmed pregnant clinically, there are certain health and spiritual rules you are expected to adhere to if you must deliver like the women of Hebrew. Some of the rules are given below:

1. BE REGULAR TO ANTENATAL:
Don't wait until the 3rd months before registering for antenatal. As soon as you are confirmed pregnant, please register for it. Forget about TBA if you can afford modern medical facility. Don't allow attitude of nurses deter you please. Early antenatal will safe you from a thousand complications only if your health facility is ready to do their work!

2. AVOID THE FOLLOWING REGIMENS /MEDICINES 3-WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DAY.
The regimens to avoid are Garlic, Ginger, aspirin, ibuprofene and anti coagulants in the likes of warfarin and heparin. They have ways of distabilizing your blood clotting factors.
Consequently, they have ways of bleeding you to death immediately after delivery. So unfortunate, in this type of bleeding, Medical intervention with oxytocin can not yield any quick result. At last, it will leave your doctor totally confused! ..Therefore, be mindful of what you take in mostly in the form of drugs whenever you are pregnant.

3. PAST SURGICAL ABORTIONS
During chronic abortion, your womb might have been seriously torn. During labour, the little tear can tear beyond control into your major blood artery. At this point in time, you will see blood pumping out like a running tap with force and subsequently, the woman give up before drug administration by his doctor may even start working. However, bleeding from retained placenta and other anomalies can easily be managed. But when it comes to bleeding from these, it's a no go area. So please, stay off Surgical abortion as much as you can. If you've done any before, inform your doctor before taking in.

4. GOOD BLOOD TONIC:
Fall in love with a good and compatible blood tonic. This is meant to boost your hematocrit . It will not only give you much energy to push on the D- day, but it shall also happily keep you off undue seizures and coma even while nourishing your baby. During post partum hemorrhage ,your physical strength may not be compromised.

5. FEED WELL:
Balanced diet will not only make your labour easy but it will also nurture you, your baby and your energy.

6. EXAMINE YOUR PELVIC DIAMETER:
This is a simple OPD procedure. It is expected that you check your pelvic diameter especially if that's you are planning to take in for the very first time. During your pelvic examination, it will be known if you are qualify to take in or not. It will also be known if you will be able to deliver through normal route or cesarean section -CS. If your pelvic diameter isn't large enough and you try to deliver normally, a lot of things can befall you...
1. Its either you will have obstructed labour. Those with weak spirit can easily give up when the obstruction and lingering pain is longer than normal. or
2. The baby may suffocate to death
3. You can damage your sexual visceras (Vesico vaginal fistfula, rectovaginal fistula, etc etc)
Therefore, endeavor to make sure you are checked. This is most ideal for first timers!

7. LIVE NO MALARIA UNTREATED:
It is very common for someone under malaria attack to give-up so easily during pains. That's why we always advice you to treat malaria up to date and sleep under insecticide treated net.

8. FEAR:
Do away with fear of any kind. What killed your mother, sister, aunty ,or pastor's wife can never kill you! ..That's why I prepare this article today for mothers and intending mothers, even for husbands and intending husbands; not play boy husbands. Conceive no fear. Don't magnify the labour. See the labour as a normal 5- minutes poo poo exercise and that's how it will be. Some will even deliver without assistant from anybody. But when once you begin to think and imagine negative things unnecessarily, your dream world will change o.. you may start seeing coffins and that may influence your life physically oo ..Am talking to you as a pastor and not just a medical personnel!

MONITOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CLOSELY:
No big deal if you must become a medical assistant by assisting your doctor check on your blood pressure regularly. Never hesitate to report the values to him. Both the systole and diastole. Reason being that when labour strike, your BP will shoot too. Imagine your systole shooting above 200mmhg, that's automatic exit!. So it's important you take it serious!.

9. REASSURANCE FROM YOUR HUSBAND MATTERS A LOT:
This is a time where your husband must be more caring than before. Believe every of his words. Believe in his prayers and that's exactly how it will happen!. Psycho- Medically, the more emotional connected he is to you, the more the baby will resemble him!. Lolzz!!..We believe it here in my part of Akwa Ibom.

10. MYSTICS
Some humans you see on earth are not just human, but spirit beings. They may go about doing normal life activities. They even marry and give birth. They are Re-incarnated beings. Their mission on earth is just to give birth to demonic humans that will pollute human race. YOU will see some of them passing on mysteriously when once they put to birth. Sometimes, the highest they can do is to carry the baby, look at her face, name her and pass on!.#MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!.

However, not all that die that way are demonic beings. I shouldn't be misquoted please.

11. PRAYER
A prayerful Christian is a powerful Christian! Pregnant women faces a lot of spiritual attack even unknown to them. At such a point in time, PRAYER IS THE KEY!
