This is a very important lesson to the current governor and the forner governor.

Lesson to learn: when govt purchased something for distribution to the ordinary citizens at subsidized rate or free, it should be done so without delay, with transparency, and accountability. failure to do so, entails dire consequences.

OP, I beg 2 disagree with you,....as in, that isn't d most valuable lesson to be learnt in d bauchi fertilizer saga.
The key lesson is, Isa Yuguda didn't buy these bags of fertilizers with his personal money,......what business does he then have bagging them with his portrait?
Seriously Naija needs a legislation against all such idiotic and vain glorying things. Yuguda bought the fertilizers with tax payers money/federal allocation, the most he should have done in saner climes is to brand d bags 'courtesy of bauchi state government, 2014'.
