Rondatoks services Nigeria Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited liability company 8th July 1991 to undertake the distribution and marketing of QUALITY Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) and allied products, with its Corporate Head Office in 46, Iju Road Agege, Lagos State, and over 6 other locations in Lagos.

In 1998 the company established itself as the main distributor of Procter and Gamble Limited. We are reposed with the duty of bringing P & G products such as Ariel, Always, Pampers, Vicks, Ambi Pur, Duracell, Oral-B, Gillette and others to a wide geographical territory in Lagos State.
In 2002, the company In line with the vision of Procter & Gamble expands its coverage to Edo, Ogun, and Delta States.

Job Description
Role: Front line seller, executor of the company and distributor plans, Trainer of the merchandiser / VSA

Overall Responsibility: Van Sales Rep is accountable for delivering target daily/weekly Volume, superior coverage and in-store presence (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising) in all B-stores in coverage. VSR is accountable for superior execution of Van selling Elements.

Other Responsibility:

1. Responsible for selling Volume, Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising to all B stores in coverage.
2. Responsible for ensuring quality execution of sales fundamentals in B stores. Included are: Distribution of all SKUs ; retail pricing objective met, Shelving and Merchandising objective met, Van selling Criteria met, or exceeded.
3. Responsible for identifying and developing new and potential customers to ensure a minimum of 120 productive customers per week. This includes extensive work to convert unproductive customers in current route plan and identify new ones.
4. Help B stores to resell our brands via meeting Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising targets and creative displays.
5. Responsible for ensuring that B stores prices are in line with company objectives.
6. Responsible for perfect reporting to distributor Account Manager. This includes; Competitive information, Sales fundamentals, Daily Coverage Reports.

Qualifications

Education: OND in any discipline

Experience: Sales Experience will be an added advantage

Driving: Ability to drive

Key Criteria: Persuasive Communication skills, Basic arithmetic skills, Pro-active and Smart with a can-do​ attitude, Integrity, a Valid Drivers License.

Age: not more than 35 years

Salary: Attractive
Commission: Will be paid on every sale
Target: Flexible and Realistic
