You can always trust Nairalanders for tribal wars at the slightest mention of a name with crime attached to it....they suddenly dont have MB to comment when its about an achievement. 1000 comments against the tribe, non against the crime nor a commendation for the institution for a job well done. Crime no doubt cut across all tribes and regions, and this one shouldn't be an occasion to accuse just the Igbos . However, such wave of repeated occurrence bring cause for concern. The Igbos over the years have dominated the art of crimes and this heinouses has tagged the whole country in bad light. As much as the government should fight this scourge, the Igbo elders have the primary duty of orientating their wards over the need for integrity and hard work. But if emphasy is laid on money rather than the above mentioned quality, generation unborn will suffer the penalty of rejection and subjection which is already surfacing judging by the many hateful comments here. 3 Likes |
