Grand mufti issues fatwa on Christian places of worship

In another ominous sign of Islam's rising tide of extremism, the Saudi Arabian grand mufti issued a fatwa against Christian churches throughout the Arabian Peninsula.

Saudi Arabia's top Muslim cleric called for the destruction of all churches in the Arabian Peninsula after legislators in the Gulf state of Kuwait moved to pass laws banning the construction of new Christian facilities, according to Israel Today.

Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah

Speaking to a delegation in Kuwait, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah, who serves as the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia, said the destruction of churches was absolutely necessary and is required by Islamic law, Arabic media reported.

Abdullah, who is considered to be the highest authority on Islamic law in the Sunni Muslim kingdom, also serves as the head of the Supreme Council of Ulema (Islamic scholars) and of the Standing Committee for Scientific Research and Issuing of Fatwas.

"The Saudi Grand Imam is very important and indeed was reacting in support of a Kuwaiti cleric or politician concerned about the same issue in his country," said Dr. Andrew Bostom, author of "Legacy of Jihad."

Hundreds of churches have been torched or razed in recent years throughout Iraq, Syria, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sudan, Egypt and nearly every other Islamic country where churches still exist. There is not a single church standing in Saudi Arabia. WND reported in December that the Saudi Kingdom increased the penalty for smuggling Bibles into the country. It is now death.

Even in Indonesia, a country President Obama likes to describe as a "moderate" Muslim country, churches are routinely burned, razed or vandalized to the point where Human Rights Watch called on the Indonesian president to order local government councils to stop destroying churches, to no effect.

What can I say? I'm not a kisstian nor a moodsling
On a more serious note, this extremism is already something else. Can't you people just live without all these religions and let this world be peaceful? One is busy blowing up places while the other keeps defrauding unsuspecting victims. Can't people just live without all these loads of rubbish? There's no supremacy anywhere. There are no 70 virgins anywhere. There is no street tarred with gold anywhere. Stop all this unnecessary bullshit. Stop it.

The more "pious" the Muslim, the more radical and evil they are.

Muslims who study their koran very well know that Boko Haram are doing exactly what their prophet preached and did.

Do not be fooled. The wounded beast talked about in Revelations is Islam.

The dragon from which it draws authority from is America that stool of satan.

We are living in the end times.

Kuwaiti legislators call for ban on construction of churches

FEBRUARY 20, 2012 9:04 AM BY MARISOL SEIBOLD

Funny how that keeps happening, in places far removed from one another. The common thread is Sharia’s prohibition on building new churches or repairing old ones.

Christianity in Muslim lands is expected to die a slow death by strangulation and never reappear, though the plan has not always worked as human nature and common sense sometimes prevail to ignore or relax enforcement of unjust laws. But as long as those laws remain, they are a ticking time bomb that can still go off. And those time bombs are going off all over the reach of the “Arab Spring” and beyond.

But you’re not supposed to notice. And if you notice, you’re not supposed to say so.

Kuwaiti MPs call for ban on construction of churches

A Kuwaiti parliamentarian is set to submit a draft law banning the construction of churches and non-Islamic places of worship in the Gulf state, it was reported at the weekend.

Kuwaiti Member of Parliament (MP) Osama Al-Munawer announced on Twitter he plans to submit a draft law calling for the removal of all churches in the country. However, he later clarified that existing churches should remain but the construction of new non-Islamic places of worship should be banned.

Fellow MP, Mohammad Hayef supported the draft law. “Kuwait already has an excessive number of churches compared to the country”s Christian minority”, he was quoted as saying by the Kuwait Times newspaper.

The country”s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs recently granted a licence for the construction of a new church, which Hayef described as “an error”.

But Muslims are pushing for construction of mosques all over Europe and the US.

But by far the most outrageous case is the construction of a mosque near ground zero which Obama not only supported but defended.

The building at 51 Park Place, two blocks from the World Trade Center site, includes a Muslim prayer space that has been open for two years. El-Gamal said the overall center is modeled after the Jewish Community Center on Manhattan's Upper West Side, where he lives.

"I wanted my daughter to learn how to swim, so I took her to the JCC," said the Brooklyn-born Muslim. "And when I walked in, I said, 'Wow. This is great.'"

The project has drawn criticism from opponents who say they don't want a mosque near the site of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The center is open to all faiths and will include a 9/11 memorial, El-Gamal said. He called opposition to the center — which prompted one of the most virulent national discussions about Islam and freedom of speech and religion since Sept. 11 — part of a "campaign against Muslims."

Last year, street clashes in view of the trade center site pitted supporters against opponents of the center.

Meanwhile Turkey's president wants to build a mosque in Cuba which is 100% Christian.

This is how they operate.

If you visit any major city or town in the Christian middle belt you will easily be fooled that the city is majority muslim when this is not the case.

What they did when they could not conquer by war was to use diplomacy.

They approached the old established king or leader claiming to be merchants and needing a place to live in the kingdom.

Usually they will bestow gifts or women to the king and in return the king will settle them in a place close to his palace or town square.

After they will approach the king for permission to construct their mosque in the city center.

Once that mosque is completed they will protest any cultural activity or religious rites by the indigenous people near their mosque.

Kings that where smart never granted them permission to even settle near the town centre.

A particular jukum king told the hausa fulanis who approached him for permission to build a mosque told them if it will be possible for him to worship his juju in Kano at their city centre. They replied no and that is how he dismissed their demand.

In post civil war Nigeria, the Hausa Fulanis began constructing mosques in major cities and towns in southern Nigeria.

If you go to Calabar, Uyo, PH, Warri, Onitsha, Enugu, there is a reserved quarters fir Hausa Fulanis and it is always surrounding the mosques that the military govts of Murtala and Obasanjo constructed in the 70's.

The Jihad has never stopped it was just subtle.

Do not be deceived that the northern caliphate is dead.

Even your military is in their control as can be seen in the red and black insignia ( which is the color of the Caliphate jihad army) and the logo makes reference to Allah written in Arabic.

Which propaganda?

I am merely reposting the nonsense you muslims are up to.

And no, it does not belong in religion section because there are serious sociopolitical consequences whenever you muslims decide to follow your koran teachings.

You have no argument.

The news is as real as the horror called ISIS and by the way this thread is not meant for people like you but to expose the global jihad to those who will be on the receiving end.

So you can take your weak azz taqiyya and shove it.

so what next?...... Christians to cry "wolf" on reading this?to ravage and pillage mosques in their localities? to utter a declaration countering the status quo?......$omeone is definitely seeking a place in Yaba-left emergency facilities.

Mohammed and Christ, amongst others, are two special people sent with a mandate to fulfil one mission: intimating mankind with the perfect will and mind of God. Same message; it was in our stupid effort to prove our superiority over others and justify our discriminating them that we failed to observe the harmony of the two gospels and instead, succeeded in ruthlessly diversifying and unfortunately misinterpreting both gospels and their purpose.

meanwhile, if Jesus and Mohammed hate each other, like their followers do, I could personally draw a ring and watch "a servant of Allah" versus "the king of the Jews" brawl. Interesting fight, if you ask me what i expect.

I would be the last !diot to shed my blood in defence of any religion. sad
