2016/2017 jamb is out. Applying for DE will depend on when your ND result will be ready. If its going to be ready before atleast July next year, then you are good to go.

Okay good. As per the school to choose, that's definitely your call. You should choose the one that suits your taste.

As for me, I am choosing University of Ilorin in my two applications ( DE and jamb).

I am choosing Unilorin basically because of:
* Their fast calender,
* They offer my course of choice and finally
* Because I am an indigene [catchment area will definitely favour]
