Job Description-Mall manager

• To ensure delivery of the Mall Business Plan objectives, and Budget.
• To add value and run the Mall according to good retail property principles by increasing sales and foot-fall & ultimately increases the return on investment to the owner.
• To provide superior client service and to ensure that all reports provide the same service standards.
• Ensure all staff and contractors are working in proper efficient working environments, and should not limited to the adherence to Health and Safety requirements, proper IT systems, and efficient equipment.
• Ensuring proper delivery at Mall level and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levy’s, tenant electricity and any other tenant recoverable are collected by the due date as specified in the lease.
• Will be responsible for site logistics and site selection activities.
• Checking for all the services whether they are following the standard operating procedures or not.
• Provides training to the staff whenever required.
• Manager should negotiate with the vendors for the rates for the services so that the customers get efficient quality at cheaper price
• Timely payment of all the bills related to electricity, water and other supplies and facilities
• Maintains record of all costs - Direct & Indirect.
• Regular meeting with all other staff to discuss on the issues of marketing, budgets, operations/services.
• Have a smooth coordination process set with all the vendors for the organizing of all the events and including the entire of mall team.
• Profit Centre Head for Site and responsible for income and expenses of the site/mall

JOB SPECIFICATION
o must have B.sc. in any relevant course.
o Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Operations or banking
o Added advantage Mall operations background.
o Age range-38 to 43 years.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Candidate working as Bank manager/Hotel Manager
• Work experience and knowledge of Operations or Banking, mall management companies.
• Comprehensive experience in dealing with clients, customers, service vendors and the staff.
• Must demonstrate leadership quality in handling clients, team staff.
• IT know how and skills
• Strong PR and communication
• Good man management and time management skills
