Job Responsibilities
• Circulate among gaming tables to ensure that operations are conducted properly, that dealers follow house rules, and that players are not cheating.
• Compile summary sheets detailing wager amounts and payoffs.
• Establish possible on house odds, extension of credit, and types of games offered.
• Remove players that are cheating or acting inappropriately.
• Work with gaming dealers to ensure house rules are followed.
• Prepare work schedules and met out game table assignments.
• Take attendance.
• Hire, terminate, and train workers.
• Review operational expenses, budget estimates, betting accounts, and collection reports for accuracy.
• Match recorded winnings to payout amounts.
• Establish banks and table limits for games.
• Address customer complaints.
• Ensure money and chips supplied to tables are plentiful and uninterrupted.
• Coordinate security and alert them to issues.
• Track cash flow of the entire game section.

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. degree in any relevant course and MS/MA/MBA added advantage.
• Strong passion for social gaming.
• Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
• Experience in product management role at an outstanding online games, social media or consumer internet company or associate, desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment.
• Strong team player
