Back Aches: Your Sitting on a chair.

Sit with your hips all the way behind and feet supported on the ground and your arms supported on arm rest. Back should lean against the backrest.

1. Sitting on a chair and working

The uppermost part of the screen of your laptop or desktop should be at the eye level, and an external keyboard and mouse should be used so that the elbow is bent at 90 degrees. Docking station can be used to increase the height of the laptop. You can also use old newspapers to do this.
