U-Connect Human Resources Ltd urgently needs qualified candidates to fill the under listed role: 1. Account Manager: Job description: • Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports • Implement financial plans • Assess and manage risks • Reconcile balance sheets • Analyse margins • Manage budgets • Handle debtors • Monitor cash flows statements and predict future trends • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction • Develop external relationships, for example; solicitors, bankers, Inland Revenue • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out • Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities • Ensure that all transactional, payroll and VAT/ taxation requirements are met • Keep on top of changes in regulation and legislation and new industry developments Person Specification B.SC Accounting, minimum of second class lower division A fully Qualified Accountant eg. ICAN, ACCA/ CIMA / ACA At least 5years experince Possess good accounting experience, some tax knowledge desirable Excellent eye for detail, diligent knowledge of accounting regulations Ability to report to senior managers Capabilities to supervise, manage and lead staff Excellent commercial flair and industry experience 2. Snr HR Consultant Job description: • Undertake shortlisting and recruitment of candidates. • Handle large recruitment activities which may involve headhunting. • Manage large number of outsourced staff payroll and benefit package • Provide expert advice on a range of human resource queries and opportunities arising from within the organisation, in accordance with organisational policy and legislative requirements. • Implement human resource best practice strategies and practices which contribute to the organisations ability to meet identified human resource outcomes. • Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects and priorities, as allocated. • Consult with organizational stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices. • Assist with a range of Employment Relations queries and projects, including dispute resolution and disciplinary investigations, and other instances of conflict between unions, staff and management. • Undertake human resource projects which contribute to the building of human resources within the organization.
