The “Vision 2020: Youth Empowerment and Restoration Initiative” is a youth and national development initiative of Lonadek Oil & Gas Consultants.

The initiative is supported by Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited (APDNL), the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and various other industry stakeholders.

The initiative involves collaboration with stakeholders in the Oil and Gas sector and other educational human resource focused initiative to ensure the empowerment of Nigerian Youths. Vision 2020 currently organises essay competitions, career retreats, facility visits with mentoring and scholarship programmes.
